Refunds for orders cancelled after shipment may be subject to restocking fees. See our Return Policy for full details on returns and exchanges. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return Policy
You may return new and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to exceptions. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts. We do not accept returns more than 30 days after delivery.
Custom and personalized products are non-refundable. Clearance, sale, discounted, or promotion items are final sales.
You are responsible for shipping costs of returns. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method as you bear the risk of loss during return shipment. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected, usually within 7-10 days.
Reviews and Ratings
We welcome reviews and ratings to help other users evaluate products and services. You agree that any reviews, ratings, or feedback submitted by you will be accurate and truthful.
